Untouched

Also known as mundanes.

There is Craft to allow Untouched access to the Betwixt. Such persons are known as Visitors. This access is granted by the Consortium, although previously it was granted by the covens.

In order to be recognized, visitors carry a Mark which is a coin-like talisman bearing the visitor's name and magical etching. It is used to allow Visitors to "see" hidden things, and also serves as identification.

Marks do not allow Untouched to use Craft but they are able to utilise Doors. Visitors do not have full rights under the Consortium but they enjoy some protections against abuse. Criteria to be allowed to Visit is usually via a blood relation or through marriage.
